HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY AND HOW LONG IT TAKES?

Please note we do not dispatch orders over the weekend or on UK Bank Holidays.

Europe 

No customs duties apply to orders shipped to Europe with a value of up to €150.

Europe Standard delivery - £12.99 (5-10 working days)

Europe Express delivery -  £15.99 (1-3 working days)

Europe Free Standard Delivery for orders over £120.

We only deliver to PO Boxes if the DHL Express shipping option is selected.

ARE THERE ANY CUSTOM CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?

Yes, these parcels are usually liable for custom duties and local taxes. Any customs fees, import duties, taxes are payable by the customer, this is not included in our prices.

HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN MY ITEM?

You have 21 days from the delivery date to send your return.

Returns sent outside of these timeframes will not be accepted and may be returned back to you at an additional shipping cost.

DO I HAVE TO PAY FOR RETURN SHIPPING?

Yes. Customers are responsible for arranging and paying for their own return postage. We recommend using a tracked service as we cannot be responsible for lost returns.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF MY ITEM IS FAULTY?

Our team will guide you through the next steps. Faulty items returned that have not been reported to customer service prior returning may be rejected.

HOW DO I RETURN MY ORDER?
  1. Complete the return form (or include a handwritten note with your order details).
  2. Repackage your items securely.
  3. Purchase a return shipping label through your chosen courier.
  4. Send your parcel to our return address.

DO YOU PROVIDE RETURN LABELS?

No. Customers must arrange their own return shipping label.

HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS MY REFUND?

Once your return has arrived at our warehouse, please allow up to 14 days for your refund to be processed.

WHAT HAPPENS IF I REFUSE DELIVERY OR DO NOT PAY CUSTOMS CHARGES?

If customs charges are unpaid, or a parcel is refused or unclaimed, local authorities may destroy or abandon the parcel. In these cases, no refund will be issued.

If the parcel is returned to us, we will refund the item(s) only. Shipping fees are non-refundable.

CAN I EXCHANGE AN ITEM?

No, we do not offer exchanges.If you would like a different size, colour, or style, please place a new order and return your original item for a refund or store credit.

CAN I MAKE ANY CHANGES TO MY ORDER AFTER I PLACED IT?

We try to dispatch orders as soon as possible, for this reason we can't amend an order once it was placed.
